You're just a few clicks away from making your reservation. Here on our website you will find all the information you need about our rooms and make your reservation. We can not take reservations over the phone or via email. If you have questions about reservations please feel free to contact us. After you make a booking you will receive an email confirmation from our system. This email will contain the information on the time and date of your reservation. If you do not receive this email you will need to contact our location as you may have not fully reserved the room. A game is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation email.

The price is 95 EURO if you’re 3 players, each extra player is 10 EURO extra. For 2 players the price is 80 EURO. Keep an eye out on our social media for discounts, our blue time slots on our reservation page and offers during holidays and events.

You can select to pay everything online, pay on the spot, to receive an invoice as well as a voucher bought from us. If you decide to pay “On the Spot” a deposit is required. A valid credit or debit card is required for this, please note we do not accept American Express. The charge of the deposit is the current cost of 1 player, per room, (As of 2019, the cost is 30 EURO) and is deducted from the total amount due when you arrive to play. This cost is reserved the card and only drawn 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game. This allows you to make changes to your booking, including cancelling, without having the deposit drawn. Invoices will be sent out the month after you’ve played, and we will make sure the invoice reflects the actual amount of players who participated. In order to use the voucher as payment, select “Pay on Spot” and add your voucher code in the field named “Discount Code” and click on “Check” to activate the voucher.

If you chose to pay On the Spot or with an Invoice, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your game starts and your deposit won’t be charged to your card. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your game starts. When paying for the experience directly online, we do NOT make any refunds, this includes individual players not participating. However, up until 24 hours prior to your game, you can chose to reschedule your game by contacting us. We will then send you a voucher to the value of your booked game, so you can make a new booking yourself. Please, send us an email at info@foxinaboxzutphen.nl if you have any questions.

The rooms are made to fit groups up to 6 players. Minimum amount is 2 players. it is not recommended to be more than 6 players in the rooms, because it may get a bit crowded and your experience may be lessened by it. However if you have any special requests, please contact us. If you need to make a reservation for more than 6 persons, you can use the Multiple Booking option. This allows you to select more than one room at a time while also allowing you to enter in your reservation information only once. This makes the reservation process for more than one room much easier and faster.

Leeftijden 12 en hoger worden aanbevolen, maar iedereen is welkom om te spelen. Kinderen jonger dan 7 jaar spelen gratis. Leeftijden 14 en jonger vereisen dat een voogd aanwezig is bij aankomst en wanneer de teams vertrekken, maar de voogd hoeft niet deel te nemen aan het spel. We moeten ook snel contact kunnen opnemen met iemand voor het geval er iets gebeurt. Sommige kamers zijn beter geschikt voor jongere spelers. Coming Home en Bunker zijn geweldige kamers voor een jonger publiek.

All our rooms, including the introductions, are presented in Dutch. If an English-speaking team member is present, the introduction can be given in English. Please let us know in advance if you would like the introduction in English.

We are open daily from 12:00 and close at 23:00. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for an introduction. The game starts at the time shown on the booking page. As there may be another group after you, we kindly ask you to arrive on time, as the game cannot start later. A game lasts up to 60 minutes, and the full visit takes up to 90 minutes. Our rooms in Zutphen are located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs. This makes them less accessible for wheelchair users. Pregnant women can also enjoy our games, as they are not physically demanding and do not include fear factors. There are also seats available in the rooms in case a team member needs to rest for a moment.
